About Shannon
Shannon is the younger of the Macourek sisters and one half of the leadership for the Simon Christie Homes Team. She was born and raised in Miami, FL and attended the University of Florida before moving to Jacksonville in 2015.
After leaving a successful career in management and sales with Enterprise Holdings, Shannon used her strong work ethic, business acumen, and motivation to pursue her dream of owning a business in real estate with her sister.
She obtained her real estate license in 2016 and has helped clients buy, sell, and invest in the NE Florida area ever since.
Shannon has worked in virtually all phases of business, including marketing, sales, transaction coordination, negotiation, and management - clients can count on exceptional customer service with positive results.
Shannon is a closet artist who loves to get creative. She enjoys drawing and painting, DIY projects, attending concerts and traveling in her free time.
A self-proclaimed movie buff, Oscar season is her favorite time of year. When she’s not watching a movie, getting creative, or cheering for the Gators, she loves spending time with her husband Aaron and their sassy kitty, Suri.
